Hotel Aakash Residency - Dehradun

The staff here is really friendly and accommodating, making my business trip much more comfortable. I especially appreciated the fact that they offer free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast each morning. the hotel's location was also ideal for my needs, with easy access to major highways and local businesses.

I must say, the staff at this hotel deserves a special mention. they were cute and always ready to assist with whatever I needed. They took care of my check-in process smoothly, and the porter was helpful in carrying my luggage to my room. I had several requests, and every time the staff were pretty good too fulfill them. They were polite, courteous, and efficient in their work. I was impressed with their attentive service, and it made me feel valued as a guest.

We enjoyed the convenient location close to the beach and several local attractions. the rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the breakfast spread was impressive and offered a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. the hotel provided ample parking space for our vehicle.

The wait time for services was longer than expected.

It took several hours and numerous phone calls to receive cutlery for my room, and I was even scolded by a staff member for not providing ID for a female guest that entered my room. the price of the hotel was quite high for the quality of service and amenities offered.
